THE JOURNEY CONTINUES...

Once again, the mighty Zangezi raises her sails, albeit for now only virtually, and there are distinct whiffs of sea air drifting in, indicating what the future may hold. Congratulations are in order: our web site has finally been resurrected, a fiery Phoenix, not a pale zombie, from the Flash graveyard, where it has been languishing ever since that platform was abandoned by its corporate parent. No, this is not a nostalgia project, though undeniably you may detect a slight presence of wistful indulgence on our part, but our gaze is firmly set forward as our busy minds are making plans and setting course for new adventures.

For those who are here for the first time, we are one of those crazy couples who abandoned their cushy land-based lives and careers for a ten-year sailing mega-sabbatical. Along the way we have explored some of the most amazing places on our planet living the full off-grid lifestyle and raising our daughter, a true boat baby since the day she was born.

The people we have met, the sights we have seen, the stories we have stumbled into are countless and we have shared some before on our web pages and social media. All these years we have been getting requests from all of you to gather them into a book and we could not help but oblige (albeit taking our sweet time). Lo and behold: years of gestation have ultimately proven fruitful and we are getting ready to publish what will be the first volume of our story.
